Account security You are responsible for keeping your device, OTPs and app access secure. Services offered The app may support mobile recharge, DTH, FASTag, utility bills, gift cards, vouchers and rewards depending on provider availability. Wallet terms Wallet balance, top-up limits, expiry and withdrawals are governed by partner payment rails and applicable regulation. Recharge and bill payments Transactions are submitted to provider networks and final success depends on operator or biller response. Cashback program Cashback is promotional and may vary by service, operator, user segment and campaign. Referral program Referral rewards are subject to verification, anti-abuse checks and campaign rules shown in the app. Prohibited activities Fraud, money laundering, automated misuse, fake accounts and unauthorized resale are prohibited. Intellectual property Wigope marks, product design, copy and software are owned by or licensed to Wigope Technologies Pvt Ltd. Disclaimer of warranties Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis subject to provider uptime. Limitation of liability Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected transaction, subject to applicable law. Governing law These terms are governed by Indian law.
