When refunds are issued
Refunds may be issued for failed recharges, failed bill payments, duplicate charges, system errors or provider rejections.
Refund timeline
Eligible reversals are usually credited to wallet first. Bank or payment source refunds may take 5-7 working days depending on the provider.
How to request a refund
Use app support, WhatsApp, phone or email with transaction ID and registered mobile number.
Cancellation policy
Recharge and bill payment requests usually cannot be cancelled once submitted to the operator or biller network.
Wallet withdrawal
Wallet withdrawal, if available, follows payment partner and regulatory restrictions.
Cashback reversal
Promotional cashback may be reversed if the original transaction is reversed or disputed.
